Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup rice powder
- 2 tablespoons carvi powder
- 1/2 tablespoon aniseed powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- roughly chopped nuts, pine kernels, almonds, grated coconut
- Bring 2.5 liters of water to a boil, add the rice powder diluted in a bit of cold water. Add the sugar and spices. Stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture thickens.
- Pour in cups. Serve cold, covered with the nuts and coconut.
